Sense Scotland works with children
and adults who have complex communication
support needs because of deafblindness,
sensory impairment, learning or physical
disability.
Over the past 10 years, Sense
Scotland has supported and integrated
the arts
into the work of the organisation and
beyond. The Arts and Wellbeing service
works to promote and develop the use
of the arts and outdoor activities
as a tool for communication, to promote
expression and wellbeing.
We deliver
arts and outdoor activities programmes
across Scotland and work
in partnership to develop programmes
and opportunities to engage in
the arts across a range of media,
including
visual arts, music, performing
arts and woodcrafts.
