Elisabeth Gibson, Project Ability’s Artistic Director said, “The aim of the day was for people to get together to share their skills, knowledge and experience and to highlight the talent and achievements of the individual artists and groups that are working throughout Scotland.  We think that the artists who attended Art Expo will be inspired by seeing new work and finding out about the other groups and this will lead to an explosion of new ideas, exchanges and exhibitions.  I enjoyed seeing the range of work that is being made across the country from the Western Isles to Glasgow, and hearing about the artists’ ambitions for the future.”
